This is mostly just me doodling (I know doodling is a very bad word to use for this but that is honestly what it started out as.) and trying to expand on the Ursaic concept for the beast-race to the project I am working on. And today I found out about that there is a race of polarbearmen in Guild Wars 2. To clarify, I knew that there was some form of bearmen in that game, not that there actually was a civilization. However, I might still roll with it, because I like the idea.

Had to fix some glaring faults, like his two right feet. I am going to leave this as it is right now.

Dragonite Knight.

Mostly just testing the integrating quality of imgur into this blog. I have been noticing the lowered quality for a longer period now. 

But here is a pokemon as a knight.

Some more Ursaic sketches

Still exploring and sketching on this beast race. First up is the differences in the male and female head. I looked up how you to spot these differences in various bear types and found out that the male usually has a furrow, broader muzzle and smaller ears. So I decided to use that knowledge in the designs. The hair style is based on braids and the need to have jewelry, showing of status.

Doodled a bit more on it, I am going to try go away from the cartoony vibe, and fix the perspective.

Well the usual response, I am not dead, just took a small break(ish). Anyway, I am going to return with posting wips and complete works again.

This is a small idea I am going to put a little time into to develop,  it's basically a Wizard college.
